Buy ISP proxies, rented per IP for a term you choose
An ISP proxy is a fixed address registered to an internet provider, rented one IP at a time. Shared starts at $2.10 for 30 days, and volume plus a longer term bring it to $0.79 per IP with 500+ IPs on a 12-month term.

What the ISP order form asks
Four decisions, and the price follows from them.
- Quantity: one IP or many. The rate per IP drops at each volume rung in the table above.
- Plan: shared, dedicated or Virgin. A shared IP is used by up to 3 users; dedicated and Virgin addresses are yours alone.
- Term: 30, 60, 90 or 365 days. Longer terms carry a discount.
- Location: a country, then region, city and carrier where stock allows.
What the ISP price depends on
The plan sets the base, the volume rung discounts it, and the term discounts it again. One shared IP for 30 days is $2.10; dedicated starts at $3.20 and Virgin at $4.80.
Shared includes 1 GB of traffic per IP, with more at $0.35 per GB when you add it to the order, or $0.40 per GB topped up afterwards. Dedicated and Virgin traffic is not metered.
Term discounts: 5% off at 60 days, 10% off at 90 days and 20% off at 365 days.
Check the location before you pay
The last captured ISP country list has 75 countries, and live stock decides what the form offers on the day. The country pages show which lines sell where, for example the United States and Japan.
Region, city and carrier each narrow the stock an order can draw from. Set the country first, and tighten only as far as the job needs.
When ISP is the wrong buy
If the target does not mind addresses from a hosting company, datacenter proxies give the same per-IP order from $1.25.
If the job wants many changing addresses and no fixed identity, rotating proxies billed by the GB are the better match.
Searching for static residential? It is this same line under another name, and static residential proxies explains the overlap.
Once the order completes
The dashboard shows your addresses as a proxy list. Authenticate with the username and password listed there, or allowlist the IP your client connects from if it cannot send credentials.
Test each address against the real target before you build on it; the proxy test guide has the checks.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose the carrier?
Yes, where stock allows. Carrier selection sits on the ISP order form beside country, region and city.
How long is an ISP address mine?
For the whole term you pay for, from 30 to 365 days. Longer terms cost less per month.
What is the difference between shared and dedicated?
Shared IPs are used by up to 3 users and include 1 GB each. A dedicated IP is used by you alone and its traffic is not metered.
Is an ISP proxy the same as a residential proxy?
Not on this site. An ISP proxy is one fixed address rented per IP; residential is a rotating pool billed per GB.
