How a card payment goes through
Every step is self-serve, so an order can be placed at any hour; none of it waits on a person.
- Top up your balance by card, at least $5.
- Confirm the card payment in the page, on the order form itself.
- Choose the line and quantity, plus plan and term on the per-IP lines, and place the order.
- Copy the proxy list from the dashboard once the order completes.
What the smallest top-up buys
The minimum top-up is $5. On the per-IP lines that is enough to start: one shared datacenter IP costs $1.25 for 30 days, and one shared ISP IP costs $2.10.
Residential is the exception: one GB costs $5.50, more than the minimum, so a first residential order needs a larger top-up.

Settle these before you enter card details
Four things are easier to fix before a payment than after it.

- The place. For ISP and datacenter, check the country list; residential has no country choice.
- The rules. Read the allowed-use policy and the terms against what you plan to do.

After the payment is confirmed
The balance funds your orders. Place one, and the proxy list appears in the dashboard once it completes.
Start small: there is no free trial, so the first real test is a paid order at the smallest size. Run the proxy test on it before topping up for the full job.
