A proxy is easier to buy when you can check the seller. Each row below is a claim, with the page that states it. If a claim has no page, we do not make it.
What you can check
| Claim | Where it is written |
|---|---|
| Every price, volume rung and term is published before sign-up. | Pricing page |
| Prices on this site are read from the catalogue the order form uses, so a price change reaches both. | Pricing page |
| The country pages say which lines sell in each country and the date that list was captured. | Countries |
| The acceptable-use rules are readable before you pay. | Allowed use |
| Unused top-up balance can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up. | Refund policy |
| There is a published way to report abuse. | Report abuse |
| Every cookie the site can set is listed, and optional ones need your yes. | Cookie policy |
